Prices shown and vehicle details including mileage may differ from that shown. As the vehicles are used vehicles the specification may not be as standard. Additional mileage may be incurred due to use of vehicles for demonstration purposes. Offers, prices and vehicle details may be subject to change. Any offer made on a screen price, and accepted by Lewis Wood Bros Ltd will affect the warranty given. This may be subject to change only by the discretion of a director of the company and made in writing.

Lewis Wood Bros Ltd cannot and will not be held responsible for the length of time a vehicle is being repaired by any of our chosen repairers. We also regret that we cannot issue a loan vehicle during this period and customers regrettably must make their own arrangements..

Any Vehicle purchased from Lewis Wood Bros Ltd either from our Garage or through any of our selling outlets, that develops a fault, must be returned to us for diagnostic and repair if nessassary, at the customers own expense unless instructed otherwise by a director of the company.

Lewis Wood Bros Ltd must stress that any distance selling vehicle that is covered by warranty will have cost restrictions applied on any repair. We will act fairly but will only pay the cost of a repair up to the maximum that our own outsourced mechanics would charge us.

Lewis Wood Bros Ltd regret that we cannot warrant any timing belt or Air conditioning issues. At the time of purchase we will offer the customer a replacement Timing belt Kit and water pump replacement at cost price if the customer wishes, then this would be covered under warranty.

Any vehicle purchased from Lewis Wood Bros Ltd via our website or any other selling outlets that we may use, and are purchased unseen and un- inspected, are done so entirley at the purchasers own risk. Lewis Wood Bros Ltd cannot be held responsible for any unforseen circumstances or mis - interpretation of any vehicles. All vehicles purchased this way and returned under the distance selling laws, must be returned in the same way as delivered and at the customers own expense. Lewis Wood Bros Ltd reserve the right to make a wear and tear charge (Minimum £500) for any vehicle purchased and returned this way at any length of time. A wear and tear charge will be administered for a negotiated return of a vehicle of at least £1.50 per mile

Lewis Wood Bros Ltd Never take a deposit on a vehicle ,only a holding fee. This means the vehicle is being held for you for a specific time agreed by the customer and Lewis Wood Bros Ltd. No holding fee is refundable if any work has been started on the vehicle or if another prospective buyer has been turned away.

Credit Intermediary/Broker Status Disclosure

We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders to provide funding for your vehicle. They may incentivise us for introducing you to them.
